Even breakfast draws the beautiful people, munching on ricotta hotcakes or smoked-salmon scrambled eggs on toasted focaccia. But come here for dusk, and head upstairs to treat yourself to some of the most stunning views of the sea and sunsets. The highly praised Italian-inspired dinner menu has some of the best dishes on the island, like lemongrass bok-choy risotto with sesame ginger, oven-baked snapper with braised shallots and oregano, calamari, prawn-and-snapper pie, and corn-fed chicken. Just to prove they are not all about pretension, there's an excellent children's menu as well.
