This site is ideal for beginners and eagle-eyed advanced divers alike. It's a muck dive site, meaning the dive is all about scouring the sandy sea floor, looking for camouflaged critters hiding anywhere they can find cover. The maximum depth is only about 30 feet, which allows for the extra-long bottom times needed to hunt for St. Vincent's famous blennies hiding in their holes, flying gurnards spread out across the sand, and longsnout seahorses clinging by their tails to soft coral stalks. The shallow depth also provides loads of sunlight for photographers. So bring a camera, and don't forget the macro lens.
