This family attraction in the Golden Mile, between the beachfront and the harbor, is said to be the fifth largest aquarium in the world. More than 32 tanks and 55,000 cubic feet of water house a plethora of sea creatures, from sea horses to dolphins to seals to a wide array of local sharks. The entire 40-acre property includes a water-slide park with lazy river, a huge beach, a snorkeling lagoon, and an African-themed village of shops and restaurants. You can even do quasi-diving via underwater glass helmets (aka "oceanwalking") as manta rays swim above you. There are even sleepover nights for the family. Be sure to dine on fresh seafood (no, not from the tanks!) in The Phantom Ship restaurant, which resembles an old rusted 1920s cargo shipwreck.
