The Jekyll Island Museum exhibits more than 7,000 photographs that depict the island’s unique heritage. The museum also houses artifacts from the Jekyll Island Club Era and archaeological research conducted on the area's Native American and Colonial past. Visitors will find a gift shop full of reproduction memorabilia and island souvenirs. Tours of the island and its historic district may be arranged.
