Chocolate lovers and kids (aren't all kids chocolate lovers?) will enjoy this free tour of the Hershey Company to find out just where those Kisses and chocolate bars get their start and how they end up on the shelves. Learn how cacao beans are harvested in the tropical rain forest, make their way across the ocean to the United States, and transform from beans into sweets at the Hershey Chocolate Factory. The multi-sensory tour experience allows you to see, feel, and hear the chocolate-making process—and don't worry, you'll get to taste and smell later with your free sample of Hershey’s chocolate at the end of your ride.

Hershey's Chocolate World also includes a Chocolate Lab, café, and chocolate-tasting area, as well as Hershey's Factory Works, where you can create a personalized candy-bar wrapper or tin. As you make your way through the facility, you’ll be greeted by life-sized Hershey's product characters, and you can hop aboard the Hershey Trolley Works for a narrated tour of the Hershey area. You can also browse the marketplace shops or take in a 3D show.
