This tour company, established in Corsica more than a decade ago, is the only local trekking outfit that is half English and half French, making it easy for Anglophones to join their tours. They offer a number of walking trips all around the island, varying from a few days to two weeks. A recommended shorter trip is their six-day sojourn along the western coast, with its gorgeous gulf of Porto. The trails on this trip hug the rugged and otherwise inaccessible coastline, meandering through hundred-year-old pine and chestnut forests, waterfalls, natural pools, spectacular gorges, cliffs, beaches, and villages stuck in time. There is plenty of time for swimming and relaxation along the way, as well as picnics of local cuisine and delicious cheeses. The guides are all friendly locals who grew up on Corsica.
