Veda Lake Trail is three miles long and located east of Government Camp.

Veda Lake Trail is on the opposite side of the road from the Fir Tree Camp and climbs to the ridge top (beautiful view of Mt. Hood) before descending into Veda Lake.

Directions: From Sandy, Drive past Trillium Lake Campground, off Hwy. 26 and east of Government Camp, and continue around the lake until you join with Rd. 2613. Turn and climb 3 1/2 miles on the rough, narrow, dirt road to Fir Tree Camp. The trail is on the opposite side of the road from the camp.

Distance: 3.0 miles

Difficulty: Moderate
