• Tillamook Cheese Factory has nothing to do with beaches or oceans, but you can't come to town without visiting this renowned attraction.
• The visitor center is open daily, but if you want to see the whole shebang—including the packaging machinery in motion—you have to visit Monday through Friday.
• In addition to cheese, this farmer-owned creamery is the site where Tillamook ice cream and fudge are made. At the Farmhouse Cafe diners will find burgers crowned with Tillamook's delightful cheese.
