The air-conditioned, narrated tram tour of the Darling National Wildlife Refuge is a great way to view the refuge while simultaneously learning about native animals and plant life. Tarpon Bay Explorers also offers pontoon saltwater fishing trips on the bay, including fly-fishing excursions (rods and reels provided). This is the place to rent the kayaks, canoes, and bicycles you'll use to explore the refuge solo. Or, sign up for one of the guided paddling trips. –Mike Sigalas
