Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Recreation Area is located on a barrier island on Florida's southwest coast, with access to the Cocohatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. The park contains a hard bottom reef and visitors can enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, beachcombing, and boating. Wildlife such as bald eagles, owls, manatees, and shorebirds can also be seen at the park.
