Sidelines Sports Bar has stolen some thunder from longtime Wilton Manors champ Georgie's Alibi, which in local parlance means that it seems to draw the more attractive gay pubgoers in the area. That said, it's no stand and model place; it's a friendly, casual hangout with dartboards and pool tables where any queer male tourist would feel comfortable sticking his head in. Nonsmokers might not last long in this stronghold for cigarettes, but whatever je ne sais quoi it has is working, since it's jammed on weekends. A prime location on Wilton Drive, the main drag of the gayborhood, doesn’t hurt either.
