It's the kind of place where getting down on one knee and popping the question might be as easy as popping the cork. Situated on the top floor of Tower 42 are some of champagne's greatest hits, with plenty of options available by the glass. The light supper menu doesn't stretch much broader than nibbles, leaning to aphrodisiacal dollops like foie gras, smoked salmon, and strawberries. Stick to the bubbles and the view and you won't be disappointed (it's a great pre-theater option, too).
