The forest adventure course is for ages 10 and older only. All kids under 18 must be with an adult, and one adult can supervise only two kids ages 10 to 15 or five kids ages 16 to 17. All safety equipment is necessary and supplied, as is basic instruction. A degree of fitness and strength is required.
The average time to complete the course is about three hours. If you're an expert at this and think you'll be moving fast, go early in the morning to avoid being held up by slower participants.
