The Seven Bridges Trail is located in the Cheyenne Canyon section of Colorado Springs. It is a foot and bike trail also known as North
Cheyenne Creek trail. Many of the bridges of the original seven have been destroyed by floods. Motorized vehicles are prohibited on this trail.
This is a heavily used trail. There are numerous side trails but
the main trail follows North Cheyenne Creek where it turns into Pipeline
Trail #668 which allows motorized vehicles and goes to Frosty Park. The trail is rocky and eroded in several spots toward the upper section of the trail. Expert bikers only should attempt this trail.
Temperatures are slightly cooler than Colorado Springs. Afternoon
thunderstorms are common throughout the summer. Camping is permitted at undeveloped sites along the trail. Camping is recommended 300' off any trail or stream. Use no-impact camping techniques. Campfire permits are not required but please be sure your fire is out before you leave. Pack it in/ Pack it out rule applies. Respect other trail users. Drinking water is not readily available. Hikers are advised to carry an adequate supply. Water from streams should be treated before use.

Directions: From Colorado Springs, From Colorado Springs, take either 26th St. or Cheyenne Road to North Cheyenne Canyon Road to Gold Camp Road (Forrest Road 370). Park your car at the intersection of North Cheyenne Canyon Road, Gold Camp Road and High Drive, and walk one-half mile past the locked gate to the trailhead.
