Cisneros Trail goes from the trailhead at Lake Isabel across Greenhorn Mountain Road to Turkey Creek Road. Where the trail crosses Greenhorn Mountain Road, hikers will notice Pole Creek Trail heading west. You want to keep heading south across the road and follow Forest 4 WD Road 409 for approximately 1/2 mile. The trail will lead off the road to the east.

Directions: From Greenhorn Mountain Road, Take Greenhorn Mountain Road from Ophir Creek Campground and drive south, southwest to the trailhead. If you pass Snowslide Trail on the left, you have gone about a mile too far.

Elevation: 8,880 feet

Ending Elevation: 9,120 feet

Elevation Gain: 4,160 feet

Difficulty: Strenuous
