The Town Pier is a great night dive. It's a working pier so you have to dive at night, also you must go with a tour operator and supply the authorities with your passport number, as it's a "security risk". But it's an astounding dive, if somewhat claustrophobic as the depths range from about ten to 30-40 feet max and for most of it you're under the stone pier. You may view sea horses, Bonaire's famed frog fish, and brilliantly colored tube coral.
