Huntington City Beach stretches 3.5 miles from Dog Beach on the north side to Huntington State Beach at the south end. Concession stands, a famous paved bike path, and restaurants line the beach and pier. Every August, thousands gather on the pier to cheer daredevil surfers at the U.S. Surfboard Championships.

  • Missing something you need for beach or water fun? Zack's Beach Catering and Concessions on the beach rents surfboards and body boards, wetsuits, skates, bikes, umbrellas, and chairs. You can also sign up at Zack's for surfing lessons by the hour.
