Housed in an updated 1893 farmhouse in town, Café Beaujolais is part restaurant and part bakery turning out to-die-for brick-oven breads (try the Austrian sunflower). The owners are on-site—one is the chef—and the whole feel of the café is highly personal, to say nothing of exquisitely romantic. Food is fresh and inventive, some of it coming from the café's sweet garden just outside its doors. The menu changes with the seasons.
