  • You need to get tickets in advance to visit the Getty Villa. Each timed ticket is free and allows each adult to bring along three kids, ages 15 and younger.
  • Baby backpacks aren't allowed in the galleries, but you can borrow a stroller in the Entry Pavilion.
  • Museum-going makes everyone hungry. The museum cafe has a special "bambino" menu—you can eat here or take a boxed lunch (or your own picnic) to one of the museum's outdoor seating areas.
The Getty Villa in Malibu hosts the Getty's collection of ancient Greek, Roman, and Etruscan art and artifacts, along with extensive gardens inspired by ancient Rome. This museum is also home to tons of family-friendly programs to help immerse
