Zuma Ridge Trail extends 6 miles over moderate to difficult terrain. Beginning at the Busch Drive parking lot, this fire road ascends to Encinal Canyon Road and along the ridge between Zuma and Trancas Canyons. Don't forget to look around and enjoy the views of the ocean. Joined together, this large area is a core habitat providing enough shelter, food, water and space for a variety of plant and animal life.
Dogs must be on leash at all times. For the consideration of others, please clean up after your pet. Trail closures may be in effect during and following significant rainfall to protect park resources. Trails will be re-opened when dry enough to sustain public use.
Directions: From Agoura Hills, CA, Travel US 101 / Ventura Freeway to Kanan Road. Head south on Kanan Road to reach Zuma / Trancas Canyons. When the road ends at Pacific Coast Highway, turn right (east) and travel a short distance to Busch Drive. Turn right and travel to Ridge-Canyon Access lot.
