The 90-acre Pioneer Arizona Living History Village, located 30 minutes north of downtown Phoenix, is an authentic 1800s town, complete with original buildings and historically accurate reproductions. Costumed interpreters offer insight about life in the Old West, and visitors can see a one room schoolhouse, working carpenter shops, an authentic Opera House, and a chapel that offers interdenominational services
