  • This tour is the only way visitors can go inside the historic mill building, the heart of the copper mining operation.
  • The window on the top of the staircase on the 14th floor makes a wonderful frame for photographs of Donoho Peak and the glaciers.
  • Go for a morning half-day glacier hike and then an afternoon mill tour and save ten bucks. Head to the Kennecott Glacier Lodge for a snack on the porch between the two activities.
