When was the last time you went out for some great Laotian food? If you've never had it, now is your chance, and Pink Peppercorn does it right. In addition to offering great Laotian cuisine (Chinese and French influences and similar to Thai), with spicy and sweet food with sauces consisting of chili, lemongrass, and lime. The Pink Peppercorn is a great place to people watch, and since it's located at the Taylor Square end of queer Oxford Street, it attracts a large gay following. You could come here on your own or on a date, but it's perhaps most fun to come in a group and "holla back" at the parade of gay men and lesbians who pass on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant.
