This two mile trail takes you through some nice meadows, while winding along a route from East Pinery to the north of Cachuma Saddle. You will pass by an old mine where chrome ore was once extracted.

Directions: From Los Olivos, Travel on Forest Road 7N07 northeast for about 16 miles to East Pinery Road. The trailhead is off the right of East Pinery Road. However there are two seasonal closure gates before the trailhead, if either of these are locked you can just park and begin the hike from there.
