From the upper parking lot at White Rocks Springs, take the trail on the west side to where it splits. The trail to the right descends to a guzzler (man made hole). The trail to the left heads downhill and through a wash, then climbs over a ridge and drops you into the Lost Creek (2 miles). From there it is only a short distance to Willow Springs. starting from Willow Springs, just reverse the previous instructions.
Please Note: Carry water, at least one gallon per person per day in the summer. Wear appropriate footwear suitable for hiking and a hat. Watch the weather, mountain thunderstorms can cause flash flooding in the canyons and nearby washes.
Directions: From Las Vegas, Travel ten miles west along State Route 159. Once at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center turn northwest onto a paved road. Continue on the paved road until the Upper White Rock Springs parking lot.
Elevation: 1,400 feet
Ending Elevation: 1,460 feet
Elevation Gain: 60 feet
