This 1.9 mile moderate difficulty trail links the upper sections of the Arnight Trail and the Oak Creek Trail. Following the base of the escarpment, the trail finally connects with the First Creek Trail. You can combine this trail with the Oak Creek and Arnight Trails for a 3.5 miles moderate difficulty round trip.
Please Note: Carry water, at least one gallon per person per day in the summer. Wear appropriate footwear suitable for hiking and a hat. Watch the weather, mountain thunderstorms can cause flash flooding in the canyons and nearby washes.
Directions: From Las Vegas, Travel ten miles west along State Route 159. Once at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center take the Oak Creek turn-off from the Scenic Loop Drive to a small parking lot.
