Located west from Las Vegas, this 4.4 mile moderately difficult trail follows the terrain at the base of the escarpment and connects to both the Ice Box and Pine Creek trails.

Located west of Las Vegas, this 4.4 mile moderately difficult trail follows the terrain at the base of the escarpment and connects to both the Ice Box and Pine Creek trails.

Please Note: Carry water, at least one gallon per person per day in the summer. Wear appropriate footwear suitable for hiking and a hat. Watch the weather, mountain thunderstorms can cause flash flooding in the canyons and nearby washes.

Directions: From Las Vegas, Travel ten miles west along State Route 159. Once at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center turn west onto a trail. Automobiles are along on the trail. Continue until the parking lot. The trail is accessed from either the Ice Box Trail or the Pine Creek Trail.
