Brennan's is one of the city's best and longest-running restaurants. Opened in 1964, this French Quarter mainstay serves tasty breakfast items such as crabmeat omelets with Hollandaise sauce, Eggs Hussarde, and Eggs Bayou Lafourche. Dinner includes fresh local seafood, milk-fed veal, and succulent beef. For breakfast or dinner, a finale of Bananas Foster, Brennan's world-famous creation, is a must. Brennan's also has a 35,000-bottle wine cellar for which it has received the coveted Wine Spectator Grand Award.
