The Festival in the Park is a four day outdoor arts and crafts festival that takes place in late September, on the third Thursday after Labor Day. The festival features 175 local and regional artists and craft exhibitors as well as nearly 1000 entertainers. This popular event is held around a lighted lake areas at the historic Freedom Park.
