Indigo has made a name for itself with its eclectic, innovative menu made up of indigenous people's traditional cuisine from the Arctic to Mexico. Traditional yet innovative dishes will please adventurous eaters with comfort food such as Vera Cuz maize tamales, pumpkin fired bread, and ground buffalo with smoked tomato chutney. Its modern exterior harbors a neo-retro interior with lots of stainless steel, salmon motifs swimming above the bar, and wooden Indian carvings. Out chef Deborah Scott has made her name around San Diego as one of the most inventive in the city.
