Good Harbor Bay Loop provides a unique opportunity to view several habitats including wetlands and shorelines.

Hiking the Good Harbor Bay Loop can be a very pleasant experience during good weather. The recommended hiking season along this windswept trail is mid to late summer when the winds aren't terribly strong and the bugs are few, however, spring brings a bounty of wildflowers (and insects). Along the trail, visitors enjoy sights of wetland and small creeks favored by the resident wildlife. Boardwalks ease the wet areas.
