The new Schermerhorn Symphony Center is a neoclassical style building with approximately 1,900 seats arranged in a shoebox configuration and space for 115 musicians on stage, 140 choral seats behind stage, and two balconies. The Nashville Symphony will perform more than 100 classical, pops and special concert events her each season, in addition to recitals, choral concerts, cabaret, jazz and world music events.
