The menu is seafood-rich and slanted toward gourmet Southern with an assortment of Lowcountry classics. Start with Sapelo Island clams or Bluffton oysters served one of three ways. Then move on to spicy Savannah red rice with Georgia shrimp and Half Moon River clams, grouper, and sausage; or coastal grouper with a sesame-almond crust, peanut sauce, and roasted potatoes.
