Forsyth Park, originally created in the 1840s, is the largest city park in Savannah, spanning 30 acres in the city's historic district. The park features several monuments and memorials, including a Civil War memorial, a large, majestic fountain that has appeared in such movies as "Forrest Gump," and the Fragrant Garden for the Blind. Visitors can also enjoy tennis courts, jogging paths, and outdoor concerts at the park.
