If you're looking for high camp and a fun evening out, head directly to the Follies, Palm Springs' long-running, old-fashioned (yet risqué) vaudeville show. Housed at the historic Plaza Theatre in downtown, the selling point is the fact that all the dancers and performers are from 55 to 85 years old, and these long-legged gals can sure still kick up their heels! Beyond the chorus lines, the show includes comics, circus performances, and get-up-on-your-feet song and dance numbers. It's a must-see. The season runs November through May, and it's recommended to book tickets early, since tourists come from other cities just to see the acts.
