Highlights: Great views of Cook Inlet and the Alaska Mountain Range. Moose will appear on the trail during the winter, and sea lions/seals can be seen on the inlet mudflats.

Paved trail along the Cook Inlet from Westchester Lagoon/Second Ave in downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. Multi-use trail serves joggers, walkers, bikers, in-line skaters, and dog owners. In winter, add x-c skiing and ski-joring to the list.

Directions:One trailhead begins in downtown Anchorage, with parking available. Kincaid Park, a world class crosscountry ski area in winter and a great biking/jogging area in the warmer months, is located near Anchorage International Airport, a short drive by car.
