There's a car/passenger ferry that operates between Woods Hole on the mainland and either the Oaks Bluff or Vineyard Haven terminals on Martha's Vineyard. The crossing takes approximately 45 minutes and there's over a dozen daily sailings in the summer months. Prices vary depending on passengers, vehicle type, etc., but it's between $67-$77 per car (one-way) in the summer high season. Visit www.steamshipauthority.com or www.mvy.com for more info.
