Where can we stay in Punta Cana that has an excellen free windsurfing?

I doubt you will find much free windsurfing in Punta Cana, though many of the island's all-inclusive resorts will offer free windsurfing instruction as well as equipment. You might look at resorts including Dreams Punta Cana (http://bit.ly/uAVFtT), Excellence Punta Cana (http://bit.ly/xcZSP5), and Club Med Punta Cana (http://bit.ly/yMTvzI).
