Susan, I couldn't find any mention of Great Gall Lake. Did you mean Big Gull Lake in Ontario? Countless other Gull Lakes throughout Canada, including in Alberta and Manitoba. Would be helpful if you could add a little more detail in order for someone to get you the right advice!
