Dennis, ORD has some huge parking lots, which is where you'll find the dropoff lots for the various rental agencies. If you are arriving at ORD, go to the car-rental kiosks on the lower level of the terminal at which you arrive and they'll point you to the complimentary shuttles to get out to the lots.
