When we looked at traveling to Mexico last year, none of the resorts allowed 3 children...

When we looked at traveling to Mexico last year, none of the resorts allowed 3 children to a room?! does anyone know why or what to do if you have more than 2 kids?! or did my travel agent at the time get the info wrong AGAIN.... Anyone have any recommendations on where to stay?
