You're probably gonna pay in the range of $150-$200/night for something right on the beach during high season. Some of the better spots include the Boardwalk Inn and Village at Wild Dunes at the top end of Ocean Boulevard, or the swankier Palms Hotel. A little ways off the main drag, you might try the Ocean Inn (motel + condo-style units), with rates that start at around $160 for a one-bedroom place during high season. If you really want to save, there's also the usual big-brand suspects like Red Roof Inns and Homewood Suites, but not by the ocean.
