What are the best things to do with kids in New York City?
Thinking of heading up to New York with the family this fall, possibly over Thanksgiving. What are the best places to visit. Also, would love some recommendations for good restaurants that aren't tourist traps!

New York is a wonderful place for kids. My grandchildren love Chinatown. the Bronx Zoo, or the Central park Zoo. Of course the are baseball and football games. There is a Transit Museum in Brooklyn, There is is fire department Museum as well. There is a children's museum in Queens.
