We will be traveling to Philadelphia the first 2 wks of Sept. Our thought is to do the historic items and then do some hiking. We are avid experienced hikers. Is there a way to combine this--we have 4-7 days. We do not plan to rent a car but can hopefully rely on public transportation. Would we be better off just planning a hiking trip?
