Its called EnterTrainment Junction. Its located just off of 75 at the Tylersville rd exit in West Chester Ohio.

Added bonus is its all indoors so its a great place to pass a hot afternoon out of the sun.

I believe the museum you visited was the Cincinnati History Museum. The exhibit of model trains is called Cincinnati in Motion. They can be reached at 800.733.2077. I hope this helps!
