John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is certainly a good pick or, heading closer to Key West, you'd probably enjoy Bahia Honda State Park. Then there are the beaches in Key West which, while not stunningly scenic or plentiful, are very chill places to hangout. Key West would be a fun place to spend the holidays, too.
