Andalucia in Ocean Park is gay-owned. There really aren't any "gay" guest houses, they're all pretty gay friendly. Condado has a gay beach, but this is oriented towards single guys. As a couple, you would probably like Ocean Park. The beaches there are incredible. Ify you aren't into the "gay scene", isla Verda has a few resorts like Intercontinental and El San Juan. These are beautiful resorts right on the water.

At Wind Chimes is a great boutique hotel. LGBT friendly. one block on Condado Beach (gay beach area)...
