It's been a cold, cold winter so far, so my guess is that you should be fine for snow plus skiing/snowboarding at the local hills. Besides, most, if not all, of the area resorts here will have snowmaking guns to make sure you have something to schuss down. Assuming you can't hit the slopes, what about cross-country skiing or snowshoeing through Lehigh Gorge State Park? Nice place for a hike, too. Or there's hiking, ice-skating, and even ice-fishing (conditions permitting, obviously, for the latter two activities) in nearby Locust Lake or Tuscarora state parks. Hope this helps!
