We are starting in Amsterdam for a river cruise mid May. What can we expect in the way of weather? Also, will there be some tulips and spring flowers still blooming at this time?

The weather can be really nice by then. Expect a rainshower now and then. There is a special park complete filled with tulips, hyacinths and more bulb flowers. It's open till May 20th. It's called "The Keukenhof". It's awesome. Hope you have a wonderfull time.

The average low temp is 45-degree F and the high is 63-degree F. Tulips bloom around mid- April. So you might catch a little.

Average temperatures in May are a high of 63 degrees and a low of 45 degrees. Spring flowers are still blooming until late May, and you can even check out the nearby Keukenhof Gardens in Lisse to see the amazing blooms.
