Waimea Bay Park and the waterfalls are on the North Shore of Oahu. Basically, if you're coming up from Honolulu, you head to the north side of the island and follow the Kamehameha Hwy east to Waimea Valley Rd. and turn right.
Waimea Bay is immediately across the street from the canyon that goes back to the falls.
Google it with your starting point for detailed directions. It's about a 45-50 minute drive from Honolulu during the week. On weekends, the Kamehameha Hwy can be a v-e-r-y slow drive, but the drivers are so very polite on the North Shore, it's not very stressful. The North Shore is a world all its own. Aloha

Is it Waimea Falls Park? If so, do a Google search on this term for more info and directions.
